PalletPod™ is a USA manufactured compact palletizing machine. This configurable system is designed to handle cartons, display cases, bags, kegs, trays, pails and bails. A Category 3 safety rated machine – the POD can stack up to 9 ft high, lift over 120 lbs., up to 24 items per minute – all within a footprint around 60 ft². POD is modular, compact, mobile, cost-effective and easy to specify, validate, install, operate, move and maintain.
Available with productivity-enhancing components including pallet and tier-sheet dispensers, box buffering and other equipment the PalletPod™ is ready for integration into facilities/operations as a complete automated palletizing system.
