Our Automated Manifest Processing System (AMPS) is the most widely accepted carrier destination allocation and labeling solution in the industry. AMPS includes various components – including in-motion scales, SAS/Gocator Dimensioner, label printer applicators, scanners, conveyors and sorters. Together they combine to create a single-solution system to meet you manifesting needs. Automating the entire process this system allows you to weigh, dimension, rate shop, route, label, manifest and sort with a single system error free.
AMPS has proven to be a cost effective solution for direct to consumer distribution operations. Once the order has been picked and packed, AMPS takes care of everything else. The system can easily connect to and interface with a wide range of WMS, ERP and other order fulfillment systems and its flexibility and scalability make the AMPS suitable for many, diverse industries.
AMPS has been certified by the PostalOne program, and can be configured to handle all postal, commercial mailer and shipper requirements. AMPS scans and labels each parcel, verifies each label, routes parcels to correct destination and redirects mislabeled parcels to reject line. LPA printing compatible with UPS, RPS, DHL, USPS, and FedEx. Throughput of up to 25 parcels per minute. Standard parcel sizes from 6″ x 6″ to 12″ x 18″. Larger parcels available as an option. Maximum weight is 70 lbs. per 30″ zone. Power requirements – 1 x 120VAC power drop, 20A. System includes Industrial touchscreen PC, UPS, Gateway subsystem and Printer. Windows 10 and S.C.A.D.A. software.
